Downtown Kitchener

The downtown neighbourhood stretches east and west from central King Street corridor.

Among this area you will find some of the oldest houses within the region, some dating back to post-war. Homes in Downtown can vary from broad properties with mature trees to some of the hottest up and coming condominiums. Old meets new with the conversion of industrial buildings into trendy condos and the new tech hub. This  area is rapidly expanding to fit the needs of people looking for the city life experience. With a transportation hub, dining, shops and nightlife you will have everything you need at your fingertips. The culture in this neighbourhood is impressive but not to outshine the promises of what the future holds for this emerging area.
